REGISTRATION FEES AT A GLANCE

* To qualify for the early bird rate, payment should be received in full before the expiration of the registration deadline.

Rates include a 24% VAT. Registration fee will be charged in Euros.

The Conference Registration Fee includes:

• Admission to all technical Sessions and Exhibition
• Delegate bag including conference material and proceedings
• Lunch and coffee breaks throughout the conference
• Welcome Reception

REGISTRATION POLICY

AUTHORS REGISTRATION

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register to the conference before 15 April 2023 (Full Delegate or Student). Papers without a registered author will not be published in the conference proceedings.
• There is a limit of 2 (two) papers per registered corresponding author. For any additional paper, authors will be charged with a 100 € publication fee per paper.
• In the event that a full paper is rejected during the full paper review process (or in case authors are not in the position of addressing the review comments in their final paper), registered authors are entitled to a full refund excluding any bank/payment fees and a €50 handling fee.

INVITATION LETTERS

Should you require an invitation letter to support your application for a Greek visa, please email us at secretary@iceg2023.com. Please be noted that in order to comply with Greek Immigration rules, invitation letters will only be provided to attendees who have registered and paid for the Conference.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Registered participants are entitled to a full (100%) refund (excluding any bank/payment fees) for cancellations made before:

• • 15 December, 2022 for Early-Bird fee
  • 15 April, 2023 for Regular fee

2. Registered participants are entitled to a 50% refund (excluding any bank/payment fees) for cancellations made before:

• • 1 January, 2023 for Early-Bird fee
  • 15 May, 2023 for Regular fee and Student fee

3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the aforementioned dates.
