Accommodation

Rooms have been pre-booked at selected hotels with special rates for our conference delegates. To benefit from the discounted prices, make your booking using the reservation options that apply to each hotel or by contacting directly our partner travel agency Helmar Travel at filippo@helmar.gr.  

The pinned location of the affiliated hotels appears on the map below. To further assist the transfer of our delegates from their hotels to the conference venue, a free shuttle service will operate twice per day (i.e., at the beginning, and at the end of the conference).
